Hi! I’m Rosie, a certified personal trainer, pre and postnatal fitness coach, and former GB athlete.
I’ve spent over a decade helping women build strength and confidence through realistic, effective coaching.
I'm a Mum of 2 myself - a firm believer in family coming first - but this also means I understand the challenges that come as a parent, who is also trying to balance work, family & their own health and fitness.
Before coaching, I worked in the police, so I know exactly how busy life can get and how hard it is to find time for yourself.
My goal is to help women like you train smarter, feel stronger, and live healthier without sacrificing everything else.


Daily progress tracking (including your workouts and nutrition) as well as accountability & chat support for ongoing questions and check-ins!

Every week, we'll have a plan and a focus for you to be working on. You will complete a weekly check-in for me to hold yourself accountable, reflect on your progress and ensure we're working effectively together towards your goals!

Not at all. Most clients start as complete beginners. I’ll meet you where you are and build from there.
Yes. I’m a certified pre and postnatal coach and I’ve helped many mums rebuild their strength safely after pregnancy. I also work with many other women who aren't pregnant or mums, too!
Yes, you can do either or both. Many clients love the flexibility of combining either classes & in-person PT sessions in Brackley with online coaching for extra support and accountability.
